Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners, including warehouses in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. Once you receive your order, you may return it according to our return policy.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and orders are shipped shortly after processing. We do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after your order has been shipped.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at sayinshoot@gmail.com so we can assist you.


Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?

Prices shown on our website are listed in USD and do not include customs duties or import taxes. Depending on your country, additional fees may be charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
